SHIPPING FEES
Prices in the webshop are shown including French VAT 20%. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and VAT taxes in their own country. Shipment expenses depend on your geographic location.

RETURN POLICY
Louvine offers you a full 14 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in original packaging, unwashed, unworn and in brand new condition with tags attached. If your item(s) meets these criteria, please contact customer service at info@louvine.com. Please note that we only offer refunds and do not offer exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
The delivery costs will be refunded to you should we have made a mistake or the product was damaged during delivery or the product is faulty.
